1/48 scale model kit of the famous air racer designed for Keith-Rider, who was one of the most great racer designer of the thirties. Modified from the basic 1933 Keith-Rider R-3, this is a very different final modification and great performing of the basic R-3 called Marcoux-Bromberg Speciall, in honor who financed the modifications.
The Marcoux-Bromberg Special was always piloted by Earl Ortman.
In 1938 he won the Golden Gate Classic, set a record from Oakland to San Diego of 1 hour and 48 minutes and participated at the 1938 and 1939 Thompson Trophy.
