The Art Chester "The GOON" is the little brother of the successfully Art Chester "JEEP", his pilot and constructor was Art Chester who was collaborator in the design of the famous Mustang.
The GOON, he got numerous exits: 1938 Placed second in the Greve Trophy Races, 1939 First place in the National Air Races.
